SPEEDWAY
Welcome to the home of Houston Raceway Park's Speedway, the fastest 1/4 mile high-banked dirt oval in Southeast Texas. The facility, constructed in the year 2000, has a main grand stand seating capacity of 7,500, includes 14 VIP Luxury Suites, and boost a state of-the-art Musco Lighting system for TV productions.
Houston Raceway Park's Speedway features the American Sprint Car Series Gulf South Region, the ASCS Sprint Bandits, the United States Modified Touring Series, Classic Dwarfs, Demolition Derby's, exhibition events, concerts, and much much more. The 2010 season will feature 10 nights of racing over 7 weekends.
Houston Raceway Park is located 25 miles East of downtown Houston off Interstate-10. Take Exit #799 (SH 99 Grand Parkway) and go South to FM 565 (1st Exit). Take a right at FM 565 and Houston Raceway Park is located on your right. The Speedway entrance is located at Gate 3.
